Welcome to UAEHost.ae. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our hosting services.

1. Fair Usage Policy (Unlimited/Unmetered Plans)

Our "unlimited" and "unmetered" hosting plans are designed for legitimate personal and business websites. While we do not impose hard limits, these plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy:

• Bandwidth: Unmetered bandwidth is intended for normal web traffic. Sustained bandwidth usage exceeding 1TB/month per account may be reviewed.
• Storage: Disk space must be used for website files directly related to your hosted website(s). Using hosting accounts for file archiving, backup storage, or media distribution is prohibited.
• CPU/Memory: Each account operates within CloudLinux LVE resource limits. Accounts consistently exceeding 100% LVE limits may require an upgrade.
• Inodes: Accounts are limited to 250,000 inodes (files/folders). Exceeding this may affect backup availability.
• Email: Email accounts must be used for legitimate correspondence only. Mass mailing is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or negatively impact server performance for other users.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities under UAE law or international law
• Hosting, distributing, or linking to child exploitation material
• Spam, mass emailing, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft activities
• Hosting malware, viruses, botnets, or hacking tools
• DDoS attacks or port scanning against any server
• Copyright/trademark infringement
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Running background daemons, proxies, IRC bots, or game servers
• Resource abuse through cron jobs or automated scripts

3. Account Provisioning

Hosting accounts are automatically provisioned upon successful payment. You will receive cPanel login credentials via email within minutes of payment confirmation. For new customers, first-time verification may be required to prevent fraud.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee in any calendar month, you may request credit for that period:

• 99.0% - 99.9% uptime: 10% credit
• 95.0% - 98.9% uptime: 25% credit
• Below 95.0% uptime: 50% credit

Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from SLA calculations.

5. Data Backup Policy

We perform regular backups of all hosting accounts:

• Daily backups: Available on Pro and Business plans
• Weekly backups: Available on Starter and Growth plans

Important: While we maintain backups, you are ultimately responsible for your own data. We recommend maintaining independent backups of your website and databases.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Annual Plans Only): New hosting customers who purchase yearly (12 months) or longer billing cycles may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This applies to first-time hosting purchases only.

No Refund for Short-Term Plans: Monthly and 6-month billing cycles are NOT eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. These plans are non-refundable once activated.

Domain Registrations - Non-Refundable: All domain registrations, including free domains bundled with hosting plans, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a domain is registered, the registration fee cannot be reversed.

• Free Domain with Annual Hosting: When you purchase a hosting plan for 1 year or longer, you receive a FREE domain for the first year only (.com, .net, .org, .info, .ae). IMPORTANT: The free domain must be claimed during the initial order/checkout process. Free domain cannot be claimed after the hosting order has been activated or completed.
• Domain Renewal: From the 2nd year onwards, the domain will be charged at standard renewal rates (e.g., AED 55/year for .com, AED 199/year for .ae).
• Free Domain Claim Policy: Free domain offers are valid only at the time of initial hosting purchase. Once your hosting order is activated, you cannot retroactively claim a free domain. If you forgot to add a domain during checkout, you may purchase one at regular prices.
• Hosting Renewal with Domain: When your hosting renews, the domain renewal cost will be added to your renewal invoice.

Non-Refundable Services: The following are non-refundable: Domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, add-on services, and any service that has been used or activated.

Renewals: Services auto-renew unless cancelled. You will receive renewal reminders 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the due date.

Late Payment: Services unpaid for more than 7 days past due may be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension, after which accounts may be terminated.

7. Support Policy

• 24/7 Support: Available via ticket system for all customers
• Priority Support: Available for Pro and Business plan customers
• Scope: We support server-side issues, cPanel usage, and account management. Website development, coding, and third-party application support are outside our scope.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice. In case of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

You may cancel your account at any time through the client area. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
